At Luxivio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Hygiene-related items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
